The topic for today is ENERGY.
We could all have more of it... and there is a simple way of doing this, as long as your willing to dedicate yourself to a few easy fixes in your diet.
1. Eat more Fruits and Vegetables!
Fruits and vegetables contain tons of awesome vitamins, minerals, and enzymes that are great for your body. Eating these will will alkalize your blood and allow your body to recover quicker from physical stress.
2. Eat them RAW!
Eating fruits and vegetables raw will allow your body to absorb the enzymes contained inside the food itself. Cooking these foods will alter the enzymes, taking it's digestive ability away. When you body tries to digest cooked foods, the enzymes are already killed, so you're pancreas must make the enzymes itself. This causes an unneeded work to be done by your pancreas, and it also takes up a good percentage of your body's energy.
