2nd part-best exercises to jump higher

Hi guys!
Yesterday i talked about strength exercises today i will talk about plyometrics ! They are important as strength and you have to do them BOTH in order to jump higher. Ok so best plyos are :
1)Dept Jumps
Ok for depth jumps you will need some kind of surface to stand on (not ground ). You go and stand on that surface,you STEP off the chair and then you land on both legs and as soon as you touch the ground you go up!
Couple of key points here:
+ STEP off the surface, not jump off the surface
+ when you touch the floor you need to go up as fast as you can, minimal ground contact is required!
Depth jumps go hard on your cns and should be done probably only in off season.Also you should start first with LOWER surfaces then as you progress you go higher.
 2) Tuck jumps
Stand up, and then you try to get your knees as close to your chest as possible.I am sure you have done these before they are great.Concentrate on minimal ground contact.
3)Single leg lateral hops
Imagine a line in front of you and you go back and forth,up and down over the line as fast as you can.


I wand to note that these are very simple but very good..There are a lot more good plyos,combo plyos etc. If you want more info on combo plyos please give me some feedback here.
