Hi big leaguers! how is it going in new year ? :)
Ok i promised i will give you some free info here and i will!I will talk about three best exercises to increase your vertical..ok so here is mu list:
1)SQUAT
All kinds and all variation of squats..they are the BEST at my opinion :) just look it up on you tube most of the guys have good form and everything...(i dont like squats with dumbells,with bar are the best )
2)Deadlifts
also very good targets muscles you need to jump higher.I dont want to explain in depth here as for the pervious one look it up on you tube :)
3)lunges
lunges..they can be done with a pair of dumbells or a  bar,as previous one.Source you tube :)

there you have it guys..this is first part of my best exercises to jump higher.In the second one will be plyos!
